I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
I have over 12 years experience working as a Senior Psychologist in the NHS and independent practice.
Talking therapy is recommended by NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) for a range of mental health problems. If you are struggling with trauma (PTSD), anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, phobias, grief or reactions to other major life changes then I can help.
I use a number of evidence based, psychological therapies, including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and EMDR.
It is possible to overcome the most overwhelming situations we may face. I offer a warm, safe space where we can work together to help you to develop a greater understanding of your difficulties, build on your strengths and develop your skills to learn to manage them.

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I also have a Masters Degree (MSc) in Health Psychology and a BSc in Psychology.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered with the British Psychological Society.
I am trained in thinking from a cognitive behavioural perspective, as well as systemic and psychodynamic thinking.
I have worked in the NHS with adults with mental health issues for over 12 years. Working with people with a range of mental health issues including: depression, anxiety, OCD, bereavement, trauma, psychosis. I work with individuals, couples and families.
I have also worked to support companies in managing stress in the workplace, providing workshops on managing stress.
Terms and conditions
I am registered with a number of Private Health Insurance Companies.
My fees start from £95 hour (£100 for health insurance). However, I am happy to offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to make sure you are happy with starting therapy.
Skype or FaceTime sessions are available at a reduced fee, please do ask.
Services I Offer
In our sessions, we will work together to gain a greater understanding of the current issues and problems you may be facing. We will look at ways in which you can develop skills to manage your emotions, learn to recognise unhelpful thinking styles and think about how this impacts on your behaviour.
I work with people with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, phobias, OCD, grief and trauma.
I draw on a number of evidence based psychological models, including, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as well as EMDR.
Often issues can impact on our relationships - as well as individual work, I offer both couple and family sessions. This is space to explore how your current struggles might impact on your relationships, as well as thinking about skills you can learn to improve communication, problem solving and gain a better understanding of the issues you are struggling with.

I offer a range of workshops that can be tailored to meet the needs of the team you have in mind. Ranging from half-day to full-day workshops.
